    What a difference a good ham can make! I order an egg, home-made mayo and salad sandwich with the exquisite "Prince of Paris" ham! The result? One of the best "classic" sandwich I've ever eaten.
    Add to that a quite decent tortilla (fir some reason, French people seem unable to make a really good tortilla...) and you have a very good lunch. No wonder Chez Aline is considered by many The place to go for a good sandwich
